Kiding is designed for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

• Account Information: email address, password, display name
• Profile Data: baby name, gender, birthday, avatar, allergies, notes, and other data you provide
• Content Data: chat/AI conversations, uploaded photos, notes, events, schedules, and other content you create
• Transaction Data: purchase history, subscription status, token usage, free token claim history
• App Activity: how you use app features
• Device & Network Info: device type/OS and identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from IP, used for security and preventing abuse (e.g. limiting free credit claims).

4. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and manage accounts and app features
• Store baby profiles, schedules, and app content
• Process AI conversations and generate responses
• Manage subscriptions, token balance, and payments
• Send notifications you opt into
• Improve performance, security, and prevent abuse

5. AI Features

AI features process your messages and may use third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI). Messages and AI conversations may be stored according to your plan to provide the service and improve the product.

6. Payments

We do not store full card/bank details. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

7. Service Providers and Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers to operate the app, such as:

• Hosting/Storage: Supabase (data storage and app infrastructure)
• AI Processing: AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) to generate responses
• Payments: payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• Analytics: analytics tools to understand app usage and improve performance

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We use industry-standard security practices. Data is retained as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
