1. Agreement

By using the Kiding app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have parental consent where required by applicable law. These Terms form an agreement between you and Kajetan Polcyn, ul. Grafitowa 2/10, Skórzewo, Poland ("Kiding", "we", "us").

2. The Service

Kiding provides tools for tracking and managing baby care, including activity logging (feedings, sleep, diapers, medicine and more), growth tracking and charts, milestone tracking, daily reminders and event scheduling, push notifications, an AI-powered baby-care assistant, and family group features with shared access and group chat. We may update, modify or discontinue features at any time.

Kiding is an organizational and informational tool for parents and caregivers. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns about your child.

3. Accounts & Family Groups

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• If you create or join a family group, other members may view and, depending on their role, add or edit the baby profiles and data in that group. You are responsible for who you invite and for the activity of members you add.

4. Credits

• Credits are virtual units used inside the app for AI features. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Each account may claim a one-time offer of free credits, limited to one claim per device and per account. We use device identification to prevent abuse of the free-credit system.
• Credits are consumed based on the length and complexity of AI conversations.
• Credits may be personal (tied to your account) or group credits tied to a baby's family group and shared among that group's members; aside from this group sharing, credits are non-transferable between users or accounts.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• We offer one-time credit purchases and monthly subscriptions (we do not offer yearly plans). Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the renewal date; if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
• In-app purchases are processed by Google Play under their terms; refunds for those purchases are handled by Google and can also be requested through them.
• Refunds (EU/EEA): if you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase, and we honor it — within 14 days we refund in full any credits you have not used, and refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis where you have used some. For subscriptions we refund the unused portion of the current billing period on a pro-rata basis. To request a refund, contact support@kiding.app.
• Outside the 14-day window, refunds of unused credits remain at our discretion as a goodwill gesture.
• Prices may change with notice. We do not store full payment card details.

6. AI Disclaimer

AI features provide general information and suggestions and are not medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing any AI output before relying on it — especially for health, nutrition and allergens — and for verifying it with qualified professionals.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content, including allergic reactions or health issues resulting from AI-provided suggestions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Poland.
